We want you to be satisfied with your cider. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns.
Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• We do not accept returns on opened bottles or custom orders unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
• Contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• We’ll cover return postage for faulty items.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind:
• You’re responsible for return postage.
• Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
